Payment Methods

Currently, we accept the following credit cards:

• VISA (Canadian Issuer)
• Mastercard (Canadian Issuer)

Upon receiving your credit card order, we will verify your personal information as a part of our fraud detection measures.  During verification, the amount of your credit card order is pre-authorized (held) but not charged.

To avoid delays, please fill out your full name, billing address and shipping address exactly as registered with your credit card issuer.

Typically it takes 1 to 3 business days to complete your order after verification.  For custom computer order(s), it takes 4 to 5 business days to complete your order; however, it may be possible to expedite your order by contacting us with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you.  When your order ships or is ready for pickup, your credit card will be charged and a notification e-mail will be sent to you with applicable tracking number(s).  If a product is back-ordered, your order will be held and we will notify you by phone or by email when available.

Choose Paypal as your payment method when completing your online order. You will be prompted to login to your Paypal account. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order.

Cheques, money orders and bank drafts are accepted for verified business accounts only. Please contact us for further information.
