Shipping or PickupPre-release Processing Time
Typically it takes 1 to 3 business day(s) to process an order before products are shipped, or it is ready for pickup at our retail location. Under some circumstances, it may be possible to expedite your order; please contact our sales team at (877) 839-0669 with your order number. We will send you a notification email once your order is shipped or is ready for pickup. If any product is back ordered, we will notify you by phone or by email. We will wait for all back-order items before we ship your order.In-Store Pickup
If you chose to pickup your order in-store, please wait until you receive the "Ready to Pickup" notification email before coming in. Please print this email and bring it in with you when you pickup. If the purchase is made by credit card, the cardholder must be present at the pickup with the credit card and a piece of government picture I.D. If the purchase is made by PayPal, a copy of your order's Unique Transaction ID must be printed from your PayPal transaction details page and presented along with a piece of government picture I.D. Sorry no exceptions since VISA and MasterCard regulations prohibit third-party pickups.Shipping & Delivery
If you chose to have your order shipped, you have a choice between Canada Post and UPS. We ship orders to Canadian street addresses only. Except for rural areas, P.O. Box address is not accepted. An adult signature may be required at the physical address and re-direction is not possible when the shipment is en route. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Package(s) will be held at a Canada Post or UPS depot if the delivery attempt is not successful. If you anticipate your package being held at a depot, we recommend checking to see which Canada Post or UPS depots are closest to you before choosing your shipment method.
To calculate an estimate of your shipping cost, please first add all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Now enter your shopping cart by clicking on the green "shopping cart" text that appears after the verification message "Success: You have added..." or by clicking on the circular red shopping cart button on the top right corner of the screen and clicking on the "View Cart" text. Now please click on the "Estimated Shipping & Taxes" tab and fill out the relevant fields before clicking on the "Get Quotes" button to calculate your shipping estimate.
